We are proud to support local non-profit organizations that share our commitment to making a positive impact. To help your organization succeed in its mission, we offer exclusive benefits for your fundraising events and gatherings.

Non-Profit Benefits

We understand the hard work that goes into community building. To support your efforts, we provide the following:

  • Discounted Event Space: We offer reduced rates for the use of our event space, designed to provide a sophisticated and inclusive backdrop for your non-profit’s board meetings, fundraisers, or volunteer appreciation events.

  • 50% Discount on Wine: All qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations receive a 50% discount on wine purchases intended for their events.

Requirements for Participation

To comply with Washington State law and our internal giving guidelines, we require the following documentation for all charitable requests:

  1. 501(c)(3) Determination Letter: A copy of your IRS letter confirming your organization’s tax-exempt status.

  2. Special Occasion License: Per Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) regulations, non-profits must obtain a Special Occasion License to sell or serve alcohol at a fundraising event. Please provide a copy of this license before your event date. (Note: Applications for Special Occasion Licenses should be submitted to the State at least 45 days prior to your event)

For all wine orders at the 501(c)(3) rate, please email us directly at hello@werisewines.com. Please attach your tax-exempt documentation and special occasion license to your initial email to help us expedite your request.
